What are your arrival and departure times?Check-in and Check-out times. Guests must check in and check out as follows, Check in after 3.30 pm on the day of arrival (an earlier check-in is only by approval of the owners on request). Check-out is by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Guests are asked to leave their lodge clean and tidy and to dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins in the recycling area.

When is my payment due?50% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

Is there a Security Deposit?Yes - A pre-authorization of £100.00 damage deposit is due before arrival and released 2 days after departure after accommodation has been checked.
