Rock Pipit, number 3 on the site map, is a stone-built single-bedroom retreat with an open-plan living and dining area featuring expansive picture windows overlooking the gardens.
The living space is beautifully furnished in natural materials and has an armchair and sofa bed (with optional mattress toppers for added comfort). Maps, guidebooks, and games are available on the shelves, and the TV is set up with Amazon Prime and Netflix. The adjacent dining snug comfortably seats four with soft cushions, offering an ideal spot to eat, play games, or relax while enjoying the view.
The living area flows into a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, grill, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, cafetière, hand blender, all the cooking utensils you could need and a selection of local teas and coffee. A window provides a view of the bird-filled Devon wall and hedging.
The spacious double bedroom is a sanctuary of soft French linen bedding and views of natural planting. The bathroom has a bath withshower over and a natural slate floor. Quality towels, toilet rolls, kitchen paper, and eco-friendly cleaning products are all provided.
Outside - sit on the private terrace amid beautiful plants, perfect for a summer breakfast or evening relaxation.
For four-legged guests, cosy fleece blankets, bowls, and eco-friendly doggy bags are provided.
There are two EV chargers and plenty of accessible parking. A utility room on-site includes two washing machines, two dryers, airers, irons, ironing boards and a lending library of books and games.. Additionally, there's a light and airy art room with basic art materials available for guests to use, though availability may vary on some weekends when we run art courses from September to May.
